However, some cards feel unbalanced, particularly when certain animals appear too often or are too powerful in specific combinations. This can be frustrating, but the expansion seems to address this by adding more cards and increasing the diversity of animals. Not only does this improve balance, but it also refreshes and diversifies the gameplay, introducing new tactical possibilities. All in all, Forrest Shuffle is a great choice for players who enjoy strategy, nature, and card games, with the caveat that we no longer play the base game without the expansion.
