GAMEPLAY

In Tiny Epic Quest you and your three meeples are going on an adventure. You are going to try to defeat goblins, conquer temples, learn spells and collect Victory Points (VP). The player with the most points at the end of the game wins the game.

How to play?

The game is played over five routs, each existing of a day and a night phase.

⚔️ In the day phase you are going to move your meeples. You can do this by using the movement cards, each represented by a mean of transport, like a horse, by boat or by foot. Each mode of transport has it’s own restrictions and abilities. You can place your meeples at castles, temples, near goblins or near a spell book.

⚔️ The night phase starts with throwing the dice, and you are going to battle different quests. You can try to defeat goblins, learn spells and discover temples. These things score victory points at the end of the game. But be aware, if you do not have enough health or power to deal with goblins you get exhausted and you need to return all your meeples to your castle.

⚔️Each day there are different quests to full fill and to score point or special (or legendary!) items.

⚔️ By discovering temples you collect items that can be attached to your meeple. These items help you during the rest of the game,

⚔️ After five rounds you count points based on defeated goblins, collected items, learned spells and completed quests.

💡 OUR OPINION

What we love about Tiny Epic games, is that the box is small and it seems that you are going to play a small game, but out of that small box comes a game with a big table presence.

Tiny Epic Quest is a fun and challenging boardgame, with a lot of different choices to make. The game plays smooth and with a lot of variety. The game looks amazing and the quality of both the components and the artwork is very high.

A part of the actions that you can take, especially in the night phase, depend on the dice throwing. There is enough variety and choices that create the right balance between push your luck and strategic choices.
